Mudslide and builders fall near Teesta 29 mile which led to long queue of heavy traffic jam

ROAD UPDATE |

June 24: Continuous rainfall has triggered multiple minor to moderate landslides along National Highway 10.

The area near 29th Mile was temporarily closed but has now been reopened. However, falling rocks and debris continue to pose serious travel risks.

The road is currently open, but extreme caution is strongly advised. Ongoing rainfall may have weakened the terrain, increasing the risk of further landslides.

Travel only if absolutely necessary and proceed with care.
